Our Story
Craig and Roxy Timm's journey began a decade ago in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. When Roxy made the decision to return to her hometown, Cape Town, specifically to Pinelands where she spent her upbringing, Craig chose to leave his hometown and join her.

Their story took another significant turn with the arrival of their daughter, Kayla, now 15 months old. Craig, who had a background in retail, found it challenging to balance work demands with the family time he desired. Despite a successful 15-year career in retail, Craig faced the tough decision of leaving it behind.

Transitioning from retail to a new chapter in gardening wasn't without its challenges. Fortunately, Cowboy, the experienced team leader with 20 years at Point Garden Service, became a valuable mentor. Craig's years in retail not only equipped him with business acumen but also a deep understanding of the importance of excellent customer service.
